Return and Withdrawal Policy

1. Two distinct regimes

EU and EEA consumers may exercise a statutory right of withdrawal from distance contracts within fourteen days of receiving physical goods, subject to directive 2011/83/EU and the implementing Norwegian Act relating to Contract Terms etc. Separately, if goods lack conformity with the contract, remedial routes under the sales of goods directive apply irrespective of withdrawal. This Policy explains both and how they interact for Enerlith capsules.

2. Who qualifies as a consumer

Natural persons acting predominantly outside trade, craft, or profession qualify for withdrawal unless another exception applies. Business purchasers follow negotiated commercial return terms in their supply agreement; absent such terms, returns are discretionary.

3. Exercise period

The withdrawal period expires fourteen calendar days after you or a third party named by you (excluding carriers) acquires physical possession of the parcel. If shipments split, the period starts when the last item arrives. Failure to provide legally prescribed pre-contract information can extend withdrawal rights up to twelve months under certain national rules.

4. How to notify withdrawal

Send an unequivocal statement to contact@phefxirevorghalx.world or use the contact form on the Site referencing order number and customer name. You may use the European model form reproduced below but are not required to. We confirm receipt electronically without undue delay.

5. Return shipment instructions

After approval, we send a return merchandise authorisation code and warehouse address. Pack goods safely in outer cardboard so seals remain inspectable. Include a copy of the invoice. Do not return opened food supplements unless instructed; see sealed goods exception.

6. Sealed food supplements exception

Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU removes withdrawal rights for sealed goods unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery. Enerlith bottles with broken safety seals therefore fall outside withdrawal unless they are defective. Defect claims follow conformity rules instead.

7. Refund mechanics

We reimburse all payments received, including outbound delivery costs charged with standard economy service, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from notice of withdrawal or from the day we receive goods—whichever is earlier. We may withhold reimbursement until goods arrive or you supply proof of return. Premium shipping surcharges beyond baseline economy are non-refundable unless mandatory law states otherwise.

8. Return shipping costs

Unless we supplied incorrect items or materially misdescribed them, you bear direct return logistics costs. We publish indicative costs before contract conclusion; if impossible to calculate, we state that you must bear them without quantification in compliance with Annex I paragraph h.

9. Deterioration beyond inspection

You are liable only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish nature and functioning. For sealed supplements, removing shrink wrap may trigger the hygiene exception rather than a partial refund calculation.

10. Conformity defects

If goods deviate from description, lack promised features, or arrive damaged, notify us within reasonable discovery time. We organise replacement, repair if feasible, price reduction, or contract termination according to Norwegian implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/771. Photographic evidence accelerates assessment.

11. Accredited dispute paths

Consumers may contact Forbrukerrådet or, where available, alternative dispute resolution entities we nominate in correspondence. Cross-border EU consumers may use the ODR platform.

12. Environmental note

Returning goods generates transport emissions. When capsules simply do not suit preference but remain sealed within withdrawal windows, consider gifting locally to reduce reverse logistics miles if legally permissible.

14. Business purchases

B2B returns require written agreement specifying restocking fees, acceptable shelf life remaining, and temperature logs for heat-sensitive lines.

15. Cooling-off during carrier transit

If you validly withdraw before goods arrive, refuse delivery or accept goods only to immediately return them sealed. Carriers may charge redirection costs if you previously authorised doorstep drop-off; you remain responsible unless we instructed otherwise.

16. Refund channels

Reimbursements use the same payment instrument you employed unless you expressly agree to wire transfer and supply IBAN/BIC verified against your identity. We do not issue refunds to unrelated third-party cards without enhanced due diligence.

17. Customs on returned parcels

When goods originate outside your customs union, attach copies of export declarations we supply to avoid duplicate duties. Abandoned returns at customs can forfeit refunds until paperwork clears.

18. Partial bundles

Promotional bundles refund on a pro-rata basis if only some units qualify for withdrawal. Digital guides bundled free with physical goods may licence-terminate automatically upon refund.

19. Recordkeeping

We retain return correspondence and tracking identifiers as long as accounting law requires, after which secure deletion or irreversible anonymisation occurs.
